Sera is originally from South Korea, graduated from UBC with a B.Sc. in biology, and has been teaching therapeutic riding part time since receiving her CanTRA BI certification in 2018. She feels incredibly lucky to be a part of the amazing STaRS community where learning and fun happen everyday through teamwork and collaboration.

When not teaching, she looks for cancer cells under a microscope, and enjoys practicing hot yoga and napping with her Cat, Lucy.
