Volunteer

STaRS is expanding and needs more volunteers! Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday shifts available during day and after school. Perfect opportunity to gain work experience, pad your resume, and of course have fun with the students and horses.

Some of what volunteers can do to help STaRS:

• Help groom and tack/untack the horses
• Become a sidewalker -- help kids with stretches and games
• Become a horse leader

Experience around horses is an asset, but not necessary as all training is provided. Must be 16 years or older.

STaRS volunteers qualify for school-required community hours and letters of reference can be provided upon request.
